Some brands come to us with a strategy already set. Sometimes that strategy is spot on already and we can just get on and do. Others need some work. No “doing” can be done on your marketing without ensuring we’re aligned on the marketing strategy. That’s where our Strategy Sessions come in to play.
A marketing strategy session will ensure you’ve got the framework you need to help your marketing budgets go further.

We don’t just set you a marketing strategy and leave you hanging. Consider our strategy sessions as a kick off for everything else. By the end of it, you’ll know the suggested timeline, a breakdown of how to work within your budget and a clear overview of who needs to do what to put it all into action.
An understanding of the marketing channels that will have the biggest impact on your business
During our marketing strategy sessions will assess how your current channels are working for you and identify where other opportunities lie. This includes looking at what your competitors are up to and what we can learn about the wider industry to make sure you’re maximising your potential.

Marketing can’t sit in silo from your wider business plan. To prep for our session, we’ll get under the skin of what you’re working towards, your commercial strategy, any stumbling blocks you’re facing and the financial resources available. This allows us to create a strategy that will support your goals and work within your budget.

Strategy Session FAQs

Depending on what’s required, our strategy sessions start at £1,500 +VAT for a single-channel strategy and range up to £7,500 +VAT for a multi-channel strategy (inclusive of deep analytics).

Yes! We tailor each strategy specifically to our clients needs. That means, no out-of-the-box copy and paste jobs here.

Anyone! We’ve done sessions with big brands, small businesses and everything in between. If you have a business that requires marketing, our marketing strategy sessions can work for you.

With our team spread out across the country, we tend to run our sessions remotely via Zoom. They can be recorded upon your request. If you want to do a session in person, you are welcome to come to our office in SW London. If you require us to come to you, there’ll be an additional fee incurred. You can contact us here to discuss.

We ask for a minimum of two weeks to prep for our session together. This will allow us time to analyse your existing data and review your current content. As well as this, we’ll give you a questionnaire (we refer to this as business therapy), to fill in for us ahead of our session.
