Jess has over 16 years experience working with homewares, interiors and lifestyle brands - both in agency and in-house. Prior to starting The Doers, she headed up the beloved US interiors brand, west elm and was responsible for launching them in the UK. It’s safe to say her little black book is full to the brim of contacts in the industry. Whilst agency side, she pioneered the development of social media and digital marketing with her clients at a time when few brands were adopting it. We’re not calling her a maverick because that’s an overused marketing name, but you get the gist. With enough knowledge across the full spectrum of marketing channels (and an endless appetite to learn more), she is an expert brand strategist and fractional CMO.
