Adrian can get analytics set up properly for you, to ensure it’s tracking everything it should be tracking, and to ensure it's accurate.  He is also a whizz at digging into analytics data, to find clues for improving performance.  He’s been ‘doing’ analytics for around 20 years, from even before Google Analytics was called Google Analytics!

He also specialises in website & app qualitative research.  By conducting usability testing, web & app surveys, Voice of Customer feedback projects.  Basically making sure the user is represented in decision making and runs his own consultancy Unpuzzle.

He combines all of this to produce a plan of action for improving website & app performance.  I.e., what needs to be changed.  How it needs to be implemented.  How it needs to be split tested.  And how it needs to be measured.  I.e. conversion optimisation.
